Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) is established under the Competitive Examination Act of Bihar, 1995. Every year, it conducts competitive examinations for admissions to various technical courses in medical engineering and agricultural disciplines at Bihar state institutions.

Diploma Certificate Entrance Competitive Examination conducted by Bihar Joint Entrance Competitive Examination DCECE Polytechnic Engineering (PE) examination, part-time Polytechnic Engineering (PPE), Para Medical Dental (PMD), Para Medical (PM) examination.
