RESERVATION POLICY.
- Vacancies in a recruitment year shall be reserved as follows:-
- 15% for Scheduled Caste candidates.
- 7%% for Scheduled Tribe candidates.
- 27% for OBC candidates as per Central List and List issued by the
- Govt. of NCTof Delhi.
- 10 % for Economically Weaker Sections (EWSs).
- Also, there is a provision for the following reservations:-
10% for Ex-servicemen candidates as per rule. Out of the 10% quota meant for Ex-servicemen, half, i.e. 50% of such quota, will be reserved for the following categories:-- Having served in the special forces/ NSG (Special Action Group) or;
- Having received a Qualified Instructors’ grading in the Commando course or;
- Officers from the Navy

18-25 years as on 01-07-2020. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-07-1995 and later than 01-07-2002.

Educational Qualification of Delhi Police Constable :-
10+ 2 (Senior Secondary) pass from a recognized Board, on the closingdate of receipt of online applications.
Relax-able up to 11th pass only for:(i) Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. ofDelhi Police only.(ii) Sons of serving, deceased, retired police personnel including Multi Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor cycle or
Car) for the post of Constable (Executive) Male in Delhi Police as on the date of PE&MT.
Note: Learner License is not acceptable.
Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as stipulated date will not be eligible and need not apply.
Application Fee :-
Mode of payment of fee payable Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Fee paid in respect of online applications through SBI Challan/Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted.
- Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribes and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee, as per rules/instructions of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
- Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
- Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 09-09-2020 (2330Hours). However, candidates who wish to make the cash payment through challan of SBI, may make the payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 14-09-2020provided the challan has been generated by them before 11-09-2020 (2330 Hours).
