Bureau of Indian Standards BIS had recently invited Applicant for 50 Posts of Technical Assistant (Laboratory) & Senior Technician Posts. Interested & Eligible Candidates Filled there Online Application Form for these Posts. The Process of Submitting Online Application is Started from 17 February 2020 to 08 March 2020. BIS Exam Date :29 March 2020 18 October 2020
A candidate who has successfully registered should download his or her call letter from the BIS website www.bis.org.in by entering his or her information, i.e. Password and Identification Number / Date of Birth. By post/ courier, no hard copy of the call letter / information handout will be provided.

Technical Assistant (Lab)

Applicants shall be expected to obtain at least 50% of the marks in the discipline concerned and at least 50% of the marks in the sum of the total maximum marks in the online examination to be submitted for an ability test / practical test / business test, which shall be of a qualifying nature.

In the Questions relating to the Popular Syllabus of ITI (Sl. No.4), candidates will be expected to obtain at least 50 percent marks and also at least 50 percent marks in aggregate of the total maximum marks in the online examination, to be eligible for the ability test / practical test / trade test, which is qualifying in nature.
NOTE 1: All the tests alluded to above, with the exception of the English Language Exam, will be available bilingually, i.e. Hindi and English.
NOTE 2: PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS: For each wrong answer, there will be a 0.25 mark deduction.
