Police Home Guard Exam Date – 18 October 2020

Bihar Police Home Guard Written Exam Pattern :

• It will be based on (10+2)
• The question paper will be objective type
• The total marks will be of 100 carrying 01 marks each for every question
• Total time duration will be of 02 hours.
• There Is No information Regarding Negative Marking. So you Should Read instructions Mentioned on Booklet Carefully.

Physical Standard Test Norms

HEIGHT :

• Males of General/BC Candidates : Minimum 165 cm
• Female For All Category : Minimum 155 cm
• Males of SC/ ST : Minimum 160 cm
• EBC Male Candidates : 162 cm

CHEST :

Chest for Male candidate is as follows:-

Physical Efficiency Test

(1) RACE :

Candidates have to complete Race in given time :

• Male: 1.6 km Race 06 Minutes (Candidates who complete Race more than 07 Min will be disqualified)
• Female: 1km Race In 05 Minutes (Candidates who complete Race more than 07 Min will be disqualified)

(2) HIGH JUMP :

• Male : Minimum 04 Feet
• Female : Minimum 03 Feet

(3) SHOT PUT (Gola Phenk) :

• Male : Candidates have to throw Shot Put of 16 Pounds up to 14 Feet.
• Female : Candidates have to throw Shot Put of 12 Pounds up to 12 Feet.
