The National Examinations Agency has announced that there will be no change in the syllabus of National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test and Joint Entrance Examination. Questions will be asked from the Class 12 syllabus for key exams like NEET, the main qualification for admission to medical studies in India, and JEE, the entrance examination for admission to the Central Government Higher Engineering University. These entrance exams, which are held annually, were hold due to last year’s corona impact.
Four Times in a year (JEE):
The federal government has made some changes to the system of entrance exams for the year 2021. Accordingly, the JEE examination, which will be held twice a year, will be held in four phases from February 23 to 26, March 15 to 18, April 27 to 30 and May 24 to 28. Students can take the exam one to four times as per their choice.
During the current academic year, due to the corona epidemic, all schools were closed and all subjects were conducted online only.
The Union Ministry of Education has announced that there will be no change in the syllabus for the JEE and NEET exams as students have been left confused as to whether the subjects for the entrance exams will also be reduced or not.
Like last year, this year too there will be JEE Main Exam syllabi. However, the National Testing Agency said that students writing the exam need to answer only 75 out of 90 questions. Out of 90 questions will be asked in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, in that 25 to 75 questions can be answered. In last year’s exam, 75 questions were asked to be answered. It is yet to be announced what this year’s NEET exam question paper will look like.
