Online Applications are invited from Indian Nationals possessing the Essential Eligibility Qualification given below for direct recruitment to the following posts of Junior Engineer (Trainee) Civil against category-wise vacancies under Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd. (UPPCL) as detailed below.

Detail of Vacancies :

Junior Engineer (Trainee Electrical) : 191 Posts

Junior Engineer (Electronics & Telecommunication ) : 21 Posts

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2020) :

Candidates must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 40 Years.

Pay Scale :

As Per 7th Pay Commission Pay Matrix Level – 7 Re 44900 /- (Minimum Level In Revised Pay Matrix ). Dearness and Other Allowances admissible as per rules of UPPCL.

Educational Qualification :

1. Candidates Should have thorough Knowledge of Hindi (Devnagri Script) . The Candidates must Produce a Certificate From The Head of the Institution from Which he Passed out or from a gazette officer in Uttar Pradesh that he can read and write Hindi in the Devnagri Script with ease, provided that such certificate will not be necessary in the case of a candidate who passed the High School or an equivalent Examination with Hindi or Who has obtained a degree, diploma or certificate of any Hindi Examination from an Institution recognized by State Government.
2. A Candidate Must have Passed-
   • “Three years Diploma Examination in Civil Engineering Awarded by the Pravidhik Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh or a Diploma, equivalent thereto, recognized by the State Government.”

Note: Diploma received through Distance Learning Education Will not be Eligible.

Application Fee :

How to Pay Fee :

Application Fee Cum Processing Charges can be Paid through ATM cum Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking OR SBI Bank Challan Form (Payable at State Bank of India).

Selection Process :

Selection will be based on written test only.

How To Apply :

Application form should be accepted in only online mode. Offline or any other mode will be rejected. So all the candidates apply under online mode and without submit application fee the form not be accepted. All the candidates before submission application fee check all the entry fill in the form is corrected because after fee submission under any circumstances fee should not be refundable.

Application Fee :

Candidates have to pay Rs 700/- For The SC/ST (Domicile of U.P.) Candidates And Rs 1000/- For General/ OBC Candidates Also for the Candidates of Other State of U.P. (Any Category) And Rs 10/- For Physically Handicap (Disability Type OA/ OL/ PB/ PD Only) Candidates. Candidates may pay there application fee through net banking online banking debit card credit card or candidates may submit there challan at any branch of  state bank of India.

Selection Process :

Selection will be based on written test only.

Exam Pattern : 

Exam Pattern is as Follows :-

1. The written examination will be multiple choice/objective type.
2. Each correct answer shall carry one mark each and each wrong answer shall carry negative mark of 0.25.
3. Selection will be purely based on Computer Based Test.
4. Time Duration For the Exam will be 03 Hours.
