In order to provide Third Party Inspection and QA/QC services, CEIL invites applications from Qualified & Experienced Engineers having relevant experience in above fields. Specific experience related to inspection of fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, mechanical bulk items, oil and gas cross country pipeline, electrical & instrumentation equipment, civil infrastructure, railways and offshore projects are required.

CEIL also invites applications from Experienced Engineers having valid certificate from ASNT/PCN and relevant experience in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT).

CEIL also invites applications from experienced HR&A personnel having experience in service industry.

Details of Vacancy :

For Third Party Inspection Engineers

Position – QA/QC Engineer (Third Party inspection of fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, mechanical bulk items, oil and gas cross country pipeline, electrical & instrumentation equipment, civil infrastructure, railways and offshore projects, etc.)

For Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT):

Position – QA/QC* Engineer (PAUT Level-II)

Age Relaxation –

Reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS candidates shall as per Govt. of India guidelines. Relaxation in age by 5 years for SC/ ST and 3 years for OBC (non creamy layer) candidates will be applicable. Reservation of posts for SC/ ST/ OBC (non creamy layer)/ PWD/ EWS candidates will be as per presidential directives. Upper age limit for person with disabilities (PWD) shall be as per Government Guidelines.

Position – HR&A:

Education Qualification :

1. QA/QC Engineers in Third party Inspection of Cross Country Pipelines, fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, mechanical bulk items, electrical & instrumentation equipment, civil infrastructure, railways and offshore projects are required

Educational Qualification:

Applicant should be Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Engineering (Full lime) with Minimum 50% marks in Mechanical (Mech.) / Production / Civil/ E&I [Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Instrumentation] discipline from a recognized University/ Institute.

Additional Requirement:

*In case of Mechanical/ Production Engineering in addition to educational qualification candidates should have following certifications: ASNT Level -II in N DT Methods such as UT, RT, MPT and PT. Mechanical/ Production candidates with ASNT level-III / CSWIP 3.1 will be preferred. *In case of Electrical & Instrumentation [E&I} candidates with NACE level-I/Level-II will be preferred.

2. Specialist Engineers for Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Weld joints (PAUT) shall have minimum two years of PAUT experience post PCN Level-II in PAUT certification, in addition to relevant experience in inspection and certification of fabricated items such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pipelines, structural steels, railways, etc. as per applicable codes and standards.

Educational Qualification: Mechanical Engineer (Full Time) with Minimum 50% marks from a recognized University/ Institute. In addition to this PCN Level-II in PAUT certification after Degree/ Diploma is mandatory.

Additional Requirement: In addition to educational qualification, candidates having ASNT Level -II certification in other NDT Methods will be preferred.

3. HR&A Officer having experience in handling various gamut of HR & Administration. Knowledge of Contract & Purchase through GeM, e-Bidding, CSR activities, etc will be preferable.

Educational Qualification: MBA Degree with HR specialization/Post Graduate degree in Social work with specialization in Personnel Management & Labour Welfare/ P. G. Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation or equivalent.
