Selection Process :

The Jammu & Kashmir Police Department Will Complete the Various Constable Recruitment Based on this Following Procedure :-

1. Physical Endurance Test (PET)
2. Physical Standard Test (PST) and Documentation
3. Written Examination

About JK Police Constable Admit Card :

All the Candidates should download their admit card from the Website because if any candidate did not have the admit card then that Candidate can not give the exam. So we request all the Candidate, Please Download your respective admit card from the official website. Admit Cards would be dispatched to the candidates soon on their respective residential address. The exact dates and venue shall be intimated in due course. Although Admit Cards would be dispatched to the respective residential address given in the application Forms, Candidates are nevertheless, advised to look out for details in the Local News Papers and J&K Police website. 

How To Download PET/PST Admit Card :

1. Candidates visit the official website “http://www.jkpolice.gov.in/“.
2. Find the “Admit card” Section.
3. Now Here You Will Get the Download Punjab Constable PET/PST Admit Card Option.
4. Login with provisional id & password. (if required)
5. Click on download admit card option submit.
6. Download and Print the admit card for future references.

JK Police 02 Border Battalions PET / PST Schedule Notice 2020

Exam Pattern :

JK Police Constable Exam Pattern is as follows :-

Long Race
Male- 1600 meters in 06 minutes 30 Seconds.
Female- 1000 meters in 06 minutes 30 Seconds.

Pushups
Male- 20 (one cycle of up and down to be counted as one).

Shot Put (4 Kgs)
Female- 14½ feet in three attempts.

The Test Shall be of Qualifying Nature.
