Note:

1. The Rule Book of Staff Nurse and ANM positions have been revised and the last date of receiving online applications for the positions has been extended till June 22, 2021 11:59:59 PM.
2. Candidates who have already applied for the above positions and have minimum 89 days of working experience in District Health Institution/ organization under COVID-19, can upload the related certificate issued by the concerned Chief Medical Health Officer (CMHO) by log in to their application on the above link by entering their Mobile Number and Password.
3. Also, candidates who have already applied for the above positions and want to modify/ edit their information may log-in to their application on the above link by entering their Mobile Number and Password, and can modify/ edit their application form.

NHM, M.P. is seeking applications from eligible candidates for 5215 contractual vacancies across Madhya Pradesh. Details of the vacant positions, number of posts, essential qualifications and experiences are given in the table below:

Details of Vacancy :

• Staff Nurse – 2664 Posts
• Female Health Worker (ANM) (Contractual) – 2551 Posts

Age Limit :

Candidates Should be Minimum 21 Years to 40 Years Old. SC, ST, OBC (Reserved/ Unreserved) Candidates Will get 05 Years Relaxation.

Pay Scale :

• Staff Nurse – Rs. 20000/- Per Month
• Female Health Worker (ANM) – Rs. 12000/- Per Month

Education Qualification :

Staff Nurse –

• उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण / हायर सेकेंडरी (10+2) शिक्षा पद्धिति में 12 वी कक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
• मान्यता प्राप्त शासकीय / अशासकीय महाविद्यालय से A.N.M./ G.N.M. Nursing Course उत्तीर्ण।
• मध्य प्रदेश नर्सिंग काउंसिल से जीवन पंजीयन होना आवश्यक।

Female Health Worker (ANM) –

• उच्चतर माध्यमिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण / हायर सेकेंडरी (10+2) शिक्षा पद्धिति में 12 वी कक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
• शासकीय /अशासकीय महिला बहुउद्देशीय स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों से A.N.M. का निर्धारित अवधि का प्रशिक्षण उत्तीर्ण (न्यूनतम)।
• महिला बहुउद्देशीय स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता (A.N.M.) जीवित पंजीयन होना चाहिए।
