About Recruitment:

Bihar Staff Selection Commission (BSSC) had announced total 326 vacant posts for the posts of Stenographer. All the Interested Candidates Filled their online Application Form For these Posts. The Process of Application Submission is Started From the Date 07.03.2019 and Conducted Till the Date 16.04.2019. Candidates Can Check the Detailed Information through the Below Provided Link.

About Exam:

Bihar SSC will conduct a written exam for these posts. But now BSSC did not declare the exact date of written exam But BSSC will  declare the date of written exam shortly. So all the candidate whose submitting of the application form under the eligibility criteria is advisable to keep in touch with officially website for latest updates exam date and admit card.

About Admit Card:

Admit Card  will be available on the official site of BSSC Shortly in which all the candidate who submission the exam form can also download their respective Admit Card. Admit Card is an important thing for exam. Candidates are required to download the admit cards from the website and follow the instructions given therein.  Candidate may please note that admit cards will not be sent by the post. A candidate who  does  not  possess  the  valid  Admit Card will not admit to the Examination Hall under any circumstances. BSSC will issue the Admit card of Stenographer on its website shortly.

Exam Pattern: Written exam pattern of the Stenographer is as follows…

1. General Studies :- 50 Questions

2. General Science & Mathematics :- 50 Questions

3. Comprehension/Logical Reasoning/Mental Ability :- 50 Questions

Note :-

•  Exam pattern is based on Multiple Choice Question/Objective Type.
• Time duration for written exam is 2 hrs. & 15 Min.
• Each Right Answer carrying 4 Marks.
• There will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
• Exam paper is bilingual its means(Hindi/English).

Minimum Qualifying Marks:

• General Category: 40%
• Backward Class: 36.5%
• M.B.C.: 34%
• SC/ST: 32%
• Female: 32%
