Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE) Assam Invites Application for Hindi Teacher in UP Schools & Regular Teacher Vacancies in LP & UP Schools. Candidates can Download Official Advertisement & Apply Online through the link provided below..

Detail of Vacancies :

Assistant Teacher of LP Schools and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, Assamese Language Teacher and Manipuri Language Teacher of UP Schools – 3,941(Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty One)

Hindi Teacher of UP Schools – 1,102 (One Thousand One Hundred Two)

Age Limit :

A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years for unreserved category, 42 years for Ex-Servicemen, 43 years for OBC/ MOBC and 45 years for SC/ ST(P)/ST(H) and 50 years for Persons with Disability (PwD), as on 1st January, 2020 as per Govt.

Note: Office Memorandum vide No. ABP.6/2016/51 Dated 02/09/2020. This relaxation shall be applicable only to those candidates who have attained the necessary educational or other qualifications prior to crossing of their existing upper age limit of40 years.

Pay Scale :

Assistant Teacher of LP Schools – Pay Band –2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/-to Rs. 60,500/-plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per “The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019”

Educational Qualification :

Assistant Teacher (UPS) : BA/ B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University and UP TET and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education).

Science Teacher (UPS) : B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University and UP TET qualified in Science and Mathematics stream. and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Hindi Teacher (UPS) : BA/ B.Sc. from the UGC recognized University having Hindi as one of the subjects and UP TET and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Arabic Teacher (UPS) : BA/ B.Sc. from the UGC recognized University having Arabic as one of the subjects and UP TET and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Assamese Language Teacher (UPS) : BA/ B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University having Assamese as one of the subjects and UP TET and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Manipuri Language Teacher (UPS) : BA/ B.Sc. from t he UGC recognized University having Manipuri as one of the subjects and UP TET and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B.Ed. (Special Education).

Assistant Teacher (LPS) : (a) Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR

Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2 – year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4 – Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.E l .Ed.)

OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 – Year Diploma in Education (Special Education) AND

(b) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), to be conducted by the appropriate Government in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose. [5% relaxation of mark s for SC/ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC & Physically handicapped candidates.]

Hindi(UPS) – Graduate from the UGC recognized University having Hindias one of the subjects and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education)and passed in Assam TETfor UPS conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam

The eligible candidates shall apply online in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. www.dee.assam.gov.in from Midnight of 26/09/2020 to Midnight of 19/04/2020. No offline application will be accepted in this regard. All the candidates before submission application fee check all the entry fill in the form is corrected because after fee submission under any circumstances fee should not be refundable.
