Directorate of Education, U.T Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu under Samagra Shiksha, a Centrally Sponsored Scheme (CSSs), invites applications from the eligible candidates to engage Primary and Upper Primary School Teachers purely on Short Term Contract (STC) Basis for Government Schools on a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand Only) for Primary and Rs. 23,000/- (Twenty Three Thousand Only) for Upper Primary Schools. Details of Vacancy :

• Assistant Teacher Primary School – 278 Posts
• Upper Primary School Teacher – 207 Posts

Age Limit :

• Assistant Teacher Primary School – Not Exceed 30 Years.
• Upper Primary School Teacher – Not Exceed 30 Years.

Pay Scale :

Rs. 22,000/- (Twenty Two Thousand Only) for Primary and Rs. 23,000/- (Twenty Three Thousand Only) for Upper Primary Schools

Education Qualification :

Assistant Teacher Primary School –

Senior Secondary (class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 45% marks and 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2002.

OR

Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 4 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).

OR

Senior Secondary (Class XII pass) with at least 50% marks and 2 year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

Graduation and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known)

OR

Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor or Education (B. Ed.)

Essential-Qualification: The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Central Government OR any State Govt. in India in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE tor the purpose.

Upper Primary School Teacher –

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 50% marks and one year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.).

OR

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 45% marks and one year Bachelor IN Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regards.

OR

Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with at least 50% marks and 04 years Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)

OR

Senior Secondary (Class XII Pass) with at least 50% marks and 04 years B.A. Ed./ B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed.

OR

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com. with at least 50% mark s and B.Ed (Special Education)

Essential Qualification:

The candidate should have passed the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by Central Government OR other State Govt. in the respective subject in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for purpose.
