About Exam:
All the Eligible Candidates Will be Called for the physical standards test and physical efficiency test. The Exam Will commence on Wednesday, 04.11.2020. Physical test, written test, medical examination will be held in Puducherry only. Qualified Candidates Will be Called for Next Stage.

About Admit Card :-
Candidate will be allowed to give the Physical Exam so all the Candidates must download their admit card before the PST/ PET Date. No One Admit Card will be send to the Candidates. Height: Not less than 165 cms.,
Chest : 81-86 cms. with minimum expansion of 5 cms
Weight : Body Mass Index (BMI) – Should be 18.50 to 29.9 Kg./M2 Minimum
Women:
Height: Not less than 154 cms.,
Weight: 45 kgs Minimum.
Radio Technician
Height:-
Male candidates: 165 cms.
Female candidates: 157 cms.
Chest:-
Male candidates: 81-85 cms.
Female candidates: Not applicable.
Desk Handler
Height : Not less than 165 cms.,
Chest (Normal) : Not less than 81 cms.
(Expended) : Not less than 86 cms.
Appeal: The appeal made by any candidate on the same day of the physical test will be examined and the decision of the Deputy Inspector General of Police (Admin) in respect of the appeal shall be final.
Physical Efficiency Test
Constable-
Male
- Stage I – 800 meters Run – 2 minutes and 50 seconds
- Stage II – Long Jump – 3.80mts
- Stage III – High Jump – 1.20mts
- Stage-IV – 100 meters run – 15.00 Seconds.
Female
- Stage I – 200 meters Run – 45 seconds
- Stage II – Long Jump – 2.75 meters
- Stage III – High Jump – 0.9 meters

- Swimming speed : Should be able to swim 100 mtrs. within 10 minutes.
- Swimming style : Candidates will be tested in different swim styles and valued accordingly. (Front crawl, butterfly and breast stroke)
- Floating ability : Candidates will be tested for their floating capacity.
