ऐडेड जूनियर हाईस्कूल में शिक्षकों व प्रधानाध्यापको की भर्ती के लिए अब टीईटी उत्तीर्ण वे अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे जो स्नातक में 50 प्रतिशत अंक के साथ बी.एड उत्तीर्ण होंगे या जो स्नातक के साथ प्रारंभिक शिक्षा शास्त्र में 2 वर्षीय डिप्लोमा (D.El.Ed) / बीटीसी/ प्रारंभिक शिक्षा शास्त्र में 4 वर्षीय डिग्री (B.El.Ed)/ शिक्षा शाश्त्र के साथ चार वर्षीय इंट्रीगेटेड बीए या बीएससी उत्तीर्ण होंगे या जिन्होंने 50 फीसदी अंको के साथ बीए/ बीएससी उत्तीर्ण करने के साथ एक वर्षीय विशेष शिक्षा उत्तीर्ण किया हो। वही प्रधानाध्यापक भर्ती के लिए मान्यता प्राप्त जूनियर हाई स्कूल में बतौर शिक्षक पांच साल का अनुभव ज़रूरी है।
