Medical Officer – 3620 Posts (Department of Medical and Health Services, UP (Allopathy), Grade-II (Level-2) Gynecologist, Anesthetist, Pediatrician, Radiologist, Pathologist, General Surgeon, General Physician, Ophthalmologist, Orthopedist, ENT Specialist, Micrologist, Micrologist, Micrologist, Micrologist , Forensic Specialist, Public Health Specialist)
Age Limit:
Medical Officer – 21 to 40 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be as per rules.
Pay Scale:
Medical Officer (Allopath) (General Recruitment) – Rs. 15600-39100/-. Grade Pay- Rs. 5400/-.
Education Qualification:
Essential-
- M.B.B.S. degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by Govt. as equivalent there to.
- Registration with the State Medical Council, Uttar Pradesh.
Preferential –
- Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
Or - Obtained a ‘B’ certificate of National Cadet Corps.
Or - Obtained Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Medicines, Surgery, Chest Diseases, Gynaecology, Pediatrics, Pathology, Ear-Nose-Throat, Opthalmology, Radiology, Orthopedics and Skin diseases, veneral diseases and psychiatry shall other things being equal be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment. Applicant must completed rotary internship of one year before the last date for receipt of application

After entering verification code Click on “Submit” button at bottom of the page, the second page that will display your Registration Slip where you can find your 11 digit registration number with detail that you can also take print for future reference. - After Completion of PART-I Registration. You have to go through via “Fee Deposition/Reconciliation”
- Part -2
- Clicking on “Submit Application Form” button it will opens-up a page and ask for Candidate Registration Number, Fee details, Scanned photograph with signature and some your personal details that you filled during registration process. And click on submit button & you will be moved on next page where you can fill all information to complete form submission.
- Here the candidate is required to upload the images of recent Photograph and Signature Specimen. Images to be uploaded should be only in (*.jpe,*.jpeg,*.jpg,*.png)format of size not exceeding 20 KB each.
- After Submitting All the Details Click on I Agree Option & Preview Your Details.
- Now Click on Final Submission.
